Start Over Fitness | Service Agreement & Cancellation Policy
1. No Refund Policy All sales are final. Payments for training sessions, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. The 24-Hour Cancellation Rule We value your time and ours. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate. If a client is a "no-show," the session is forfeited and cannot be recovered or rolled over.
3. Session Expiration & Rollover
Recurring Memberships: Unused sessions may roll over to the following month. However, rollover sessions do not accumulate beyond one month. Any sessions not used by the end of the second month will be forfeited.
Month-to-Month Packages: All sessions must be utilized within the 30-day billing cycle. Sessions in these packages do not roll over and must be used within the month of purchase.
4. Terms of Use It is the client’s responsibility to track and schedule sessions within the allotted timeframes. Start Over Fitness reserves the right to enforce these policies to maintain a consistent training schedule and ensure results for all clients.

Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number.
Fitness Data: Age, weight, fitness goals, injury history, and nutritional habits.
Payment Information: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information We use the information collected to:
Provide and personalize your training sessions and nutrition plans.
Process your payments and send receipts.
Communicate with you regarding your schedule and progress.
3. Disclosure of Information We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with third-party service providers necessary to run our business, specifically:
Stripe & Hostinger: To process payments and host our website.
Google Workspace: Where our intake questionnaires and scheduling data are securely stored.
4. Data Security We take the security of your data seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and secure third-party platforms (like Stripe) to ensure your personal and financial information is safeguarded against unauthorized access.
